1. Eligibility

The Service offers two paid subscription plans: Basic Plan and Premium Plan. Features and pricing are described on our website.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not:

• Upload PDFs or YouTube video links that are illegal, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain harmful content (e.g., malware, hate speech).
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to engage in cheating or academic misconduct.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these rules.

5. User-Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the PDFs and YouTube video links you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service (e.g., generate flashcards).
• Responsibility: You warrant that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyright). We are not responsible for the content you upload.
• Removal: We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and generated flashcards, is owned by Omicron Software P. S. A. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our permission.

7. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account by account settings.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, with or without notice.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, and we may delete your data, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content uploaded by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omicron Software P. S. A. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from user-uploaded content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
